One of my good friends is always asking me for "normal" or "non modified" goodies, I had to please her... right? So I baked these cookies thinking of her and... well, she loved them.
So if you have one of those friends who loves their sugar and gluten, this recipe will do! "Normal Chocolate Chip Cookies" 😜
You will need:
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 slightly beaten egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup all purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup chocolate chips . . .
Cream sugar and butter, add egg, vanilla and mix well. Sift flour, baking soda, cinnamon powder and salt into a bowl, add your butter mixture and mix well.
Add the oats and mix by hand, after incorporated add the chocolate chips, mix and cover cookie dough. Reserve in the fridge for 30 minutes. Meanwhile pre-heat oven at 180*C.
Form cookie dough balls (measure with a tbsp), slightly press down to flatten into a silpat or baking sheet and leave 5 cm between each of them. Bake for 12 - 15 minutes or until slightly brown. Remove for oven and let cool completely on a wire rack. E N J O Y🤘🏽
