Not a big belt sander fan but there is a place where they are super handy...usually that place is not near an outlet so this cordless version is perfect. [Near an outlet here but its still better to be cordless;)]Add a @gatorfinishing belt and you're off! Happy Friday everyone!

If you are like Jamie who sit at a desk all morning and go for run or play squash at lunch , then sit again all day until finish work and sit again with laptops you probably suffer from mid and back pain.
Sitting can weaken the glutes and lats if the glutes and lats dysfunctional the only thing to pick up the slack in that system is the TLF( tensor facia latae)
Realising the TFL prior to activating the glutes and lats works well with this kind of mid and lower back pain.
